Tri-Tip

The tri-tip tastes great roasted or on the grill. It comes from the hindquarter of the beef, near the sirloin, leg and flank. This triangular shaped muscle is great if you’re serving anywhere between four and seven people. It is thicker at one end and thinner towards the tip, which allows a gradation of color ranging from rare to well-done depending on how you cook it.
