Short Ribs

If you’re into slow cooking meat over the course of a day, short ribs are right up your alley. Braising these ribs in a simple combination of beef stock, cooking wine, and a blend of spices with yield a fall-off-the-bone entrée with rich flavors that will literally melt in your mouth. Allow short ribs to cook anywhere between 4 and 12 hours in a temperature ranging from 250 to 300 F. The real trick to short ribs is knowing what quantity to get in order to feed the correct amount of people. We recommend a pound per person in order to compensate for the excess bone and fat responsible for providing the meat’s superior flavor.
