Sirloin Roast

Sirloin is a great option for a quality roast without paying the price of Leg of Lamb. Sirloin Roasts are lean, and don’t need to be cooked must past medium-rare. Sear the edges of the roast with olive oil, salt and pepper before putting in the oven. Roast the sirloin at a relatively low heat for a couple of hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
