Chorizo is a classic Mexican sausage to eat on a bun or in a stir-fry. We use a spice blend from Excalibur spices to make this hot, spicy fresh sausage. Our chorizo is typically made with pork, but on special occasion we use lamb. We still can’t decide which one tastes better!
Ingredients: Pork (or Lamb), Chorizo Seasoning blend by Excalibur (salt, sugar, dextrose, paprika, spices, cumin, extractives of pepper, BHA, BHT and citric acid)
