Corned beef is one of the finest deli meats we make at Bucky’s Butchery. So good, in fact, that they use it over at the Babcock Dairy Store in their legendary lunch sandwiches. Our corned beef is made from top round, bottom round, and eye of round roasts. We inject each roast with an Excalibur blend brine, cure overnight, and slow-cook the roasts before they are sliced. We don’t just sell corned beef– we sell the miscuts too! These are all the extra scraps that don’t look as pretty as the regular packages. Miscuts taste just as good as the regular stuff. Plus, they are a dollar cheaper.
