It’s not often that one comes across ground lamb. When we have it in stock, we can hardly keep it on the shelves! Lamb has an intensely rich, oaky flavor profile that gives it a remarkable taste. Certain spice blends pair best with lamb due to the ability to highlight lamb’s unique flavor rather than mask it. Lamb goes well in Greek, Indian, or Moroccan cuisine–but the possibilities are endless. Here at Bucky’s we’ve experimented with a lamb chorizo as well as lamb Bavarian-style bratwurst.
