Of all the processed products we make, the Jalapeno & Cheddar Smoked Sausage is among the top sellers. We take a standard smoked sausage seasoning from Excalibur spices and add cheddar cheese made by our neighbors at the Babcock Dairy Plant along with jalapenos. After the sausages are stuffed into crisp collagen casings, they are cooked in the smokehouse so they are ready-to-eat for our customers. We suggest re-heating them. As soon as you do, these smoked sausages turn into a delicious, warm, spicy, cheesy delight.
