The Pastrami we make at Bucky’s Butchery is the very same that they use in the sandwiches at the Babcock Dairy Store on campus. The recipe we use is identical to the corned beef we make, but we add a dry spice rub to add flavor. Along with selling 6 oz. packages of this deli meat, we sell the miscuts for a dollar cheaper.
